Charles Watson values your business and endeavours to make your shopping experience reflective of our values of being friendly, available and reliable, therefore we only use delivery partners who we can rely on.
The size and weight of your item will affect the supplier used, smaller items are delivered by Royal Mail and for larger items we use Parcelforce which includes a fully tracked service which you can monitor on the Parcelforce website and app.
All orders placed before 2:00pm* should be shipped on the same day via a 48-hour Royal Mail service. These should be with you within 2 working days.
